Description

I believe it is a Must Idea to work within the State and/or Our own Town to make 'ALL' Traffic Lights on our Main and Side 'BLINKING' ...rather than 'Stagnant' after MIDNIGHT which could lead to Thievery, Beatings, or WORSE... I do not see the purposes of having a stagnant RED Light after Midnight or even a bit 'earlie when there is NO need for a Red Light.
