Description

Sewer manhole cover is loose right on the double yellow lines - countless drivers drive over it because of the downward slope turning from beacon st and they do not stay within the lane. The manhole makes a sound every time this happens, disturbing neighbors nearby. Can this be fixed? Thanks.
