Afternoons are ridiculous and the speed with which these individuals are traveling is unbelievable. I know there is even racing. It is bad enough that everyone has a Loud vehicle presently (the fad I guess), but this is Crazy! I never see any patrol here and someone is going to get killed or something. I specifically witness Winchester and Mooresmill everyday as I work in the area. Where the lanes merge on Winchester around the Kroger gas station area is absolutely ridiculous and I have had it. This is really bad! You could sit here and write citations all day long. One after the other, especially in the afternoon between 2 and 6 during the work week.
