Police, and city officials were to have shut this guy down from running an illegal bait business in this residential area. This business owner blocks street with commercial vehicles, makes noise around the clock. Lets diesel trucks to idle for over an hour. But the worst part is that he, and his wife, allow live eels to escape packaging and then the vermin come out to feast. Dying eels have been allowed to parish on our street. Police reports have been filed, but the homeowner thumbs his nose at the officials and his neighbors. When is this operation going to be closed down for good? Ever driven by on a hot summer day?
