Clean Air Council is gathering data on idling hot spots in Philadelphia, and your report is helpful for that. The Council works with Air Management Services to enforce idling at these locations. To help our data be more complete, could you tell me if this is something that happens on a regular basis? Also, what time of day does the idling happen?
