I was on the corner of garland and forest the other day when a marroon ford I think it was a taurus,went by me with 4 girls in the car the one in the back seat with purple poke a doted panties mooned me I did get the plate number not sure if it's right to post that on here or not,yes I was offended by this,should I of called the cops on this matter I'm not sure,some folks would just shrug it off as a good pratical joke,and some including myself did'nt see the humor in it at all,at least it was'nt one of those cars that make a california stop as of like a rolling stop or NO Stop on the intersection of garland and forest it's funny to how ya never see a cop when you think there should be one in the area
