Cook St. At the Cook street playground A lady decided to go into the playground with her dog when it's a playground for kids shouldnt be permitted or allowed they spent a good deal of time inside and obviously she let him pee wherever he wanted to How are we supposed to take our children to clean parks. Maybe a sign it's need it so it can be enforced. I have 2 small children myself.
