Traffic light turns red for traffic that doesn't exist. Also it is for a private drive and not public use.

Q. Why is this a concern?
A. Traffic flowing down Holcombe eastward, light turns red to allow left turn from westbound but most times there is no traffic, it just turns red and interrupts traffic flow. Also it is a turn to a private street, Public use of traffic should supersede traffic on to a private drive
