Dear Sir,

I am still concern about this building.

Today I visited permit city office for make sure we can build the house or not.
The one gentleman explained me this place is on 5" Aerial esm't line building also 25' BLDG line.
So we have to empty space in case something happen underground.
No one can not build the room even rent rooms at backyard.
Also they don't have plumbing and electric permit ,too.

But this building owner made rent room for money by oneself.
They dont care what is neighborhood.
Please more be carefully to check job site.

Also I45 inspector who is Henry Tyler is something wrong.
He always saw the batch to us when he will talk to us.
Also always asking to us 'Are you recording?"
I think the owner paid to him some money.
Please send another person.

I explained to my neighborhood about today.
We will make union about this matter.
