Good morning,

We live in Westlake Village at 100 Sycamore Court in Palm Harbor FL 34683. The concrete rectangular piece of the sidewalk near our garage driveway moved up and presents a lot of danger to the public, as not everyone is able to see the deep gap on the way down the street. This is an accident waiting to happen...and I have already seen several people stumble and losing balance as a result.

We have called you and been told numerous times that a crew was on it's way to fix it, but it never happens and the gap is getting bigger and deeper.

Please help and send someone ASAP before an accident occurs. Attached please find photos from 2 different directions and notice how the sidewalk gives the wrong impression of being flat and leveled when walking down the street.
