This problem is located just off of Sandy Springs Place behind the Kroger near they're loading dock and adjacent to the back of the square one parking garage. There is a storm sewer inlet along the curb to the right of VCA animal hospital. It is possibly clogged with debris and leaves. This is not the first time this type of back up has occurred. It occurred several times during the construction of square one.
