Again this morning, around 8:05 am. Someone pulls their car into the Alley behind 1802 or 1804 Lemar and just lays on the horn blasting it over and over for approximately 10-15 minutes!! It is jarring and horribly unneighborly and disrespectful to an otherwise fairly quiet community, especially at that time in the morning. Please send a patrol by this area around that time in the morning, and you will catch the person if the patrol is anywhere within a few blocks in any direction when this is happening. Please cite this person for a noise violation or disturbing the peace and make them stop doing this. There are seniors, kids, persons with disabilities and a lot of nice neighbors being subjected to this and it is not right, it's not fair, and I beg for the police to catch them and stop it.

If you would like to make a noise complaint please call the Evanston Police Non-Emergency Phone Line at 847-866-5000 at the time that the noise is occurring.
