The inmates would love to get out of that horrible jail for a little while. They'd be glad to help. Good suggestion.

The trash cans are filling up again and now there are several piles of fallen branches lying in piles that grass crews just move around when they cut the grass. They do a good job cutting the grass although it had grown to about a foot tall this last time. I get the feeling that there is no one in a leadership position overseeing the park.

The trash cans get emptied the day after I call the public works dept. I wonder though why they don't get emptied unless I call. I am grateful that they respond in such quick order.
