I went ahead and fixed it myself. Having trouble with this app, it doesn't have my correct email and I can't see where to correct it. Anyway, couldn't stand to wait for them to come along and do a fix of my lawn whenever they felt like it. Winter is coming on and I needed to aerate the packed soil before it gets too cold.
