This lot, located at 2224 Progress St, has homeless subjects living on it. The trash is becoming overly collected on the property with no upkeep on the property. The neighbors are complaining about the constant problems from this location. They have burn barrels and the homeless advised the property owner collects the leaves into a burn barrel to remove them. It has become a location for drugs, alcohol and prostitution.
