Description

On Harrison & 5th, an illegal encampment has taken hold. It needs to go. Individual associated with this encampment has a tendency to light fires on the sidewalk. This tent and all its corresponding junk & garbage is right above the Posey Tube entrance. Only a matter of time before this illegal encampment catches fire & shuts down the Tunnel.
