Description
On US 70/Glenwood Ave, west bound lane between the Angus barn and the I-540 overpass, the shoulder on the right side is covered with gravel. It’s hard to stop or start during an emergency but also looks terrible. Seems like there is a lot of gravel there and other places around Raleigh and I doubt it came from the general consumer. Also seems hard to believe that no inspector of the road work there caught it or any one from DMV or DOT. Let’s get this cleaned please.
