OPW - Please contact the owners directly. This property has been a blight on the community for over a year. The new owners seem to think that they are exempt from graffiti ordinances. The owners specifically told me that they have no intention of cleaning this property before reconstruction. This is not acceptable and as far as I know, there are no exceptions to graffiti abatement.
This is still a problem and has not been addressed by the City of Oakland.
I no longer have time to do the work that Oakland pays people to do. SCF is an interesting concept but, the PWA and other Oakland departments are too broken to fix these problems. I give up!
