Description
For years we have experienced major flooding (halfway to lawns all the way to halfway up the neighbors lawns across the street. The inside of my car and my neighbors cars flooded with this last rain. Something needs to be done! It's been 17 years and enough is enough. With a heavy rain, we can't even get home because our block and the neighboring streets are all impassable due to flooding.
