Description
The man next door 4507 I believe has once again thrown rocks into the street it is a constant occurrence and a danger to pedestrians , bicycles and vehicles.
Please send a street sweeper to clean this street again.
This person is u stable and needs mental help badly but apd will not do anything so we will continue to report his actions to get it cleaned
