Descripción

The grass/weeds are overgrown and currently over 1 foot tall. The holly hedges at the curb are devouring the stop sign on Dellrose Drive. Cars coming out of Dellrose Drive can not see if there is oncoming traffic on Waterford Drive due to the size of the hedges. The owner does not care for these hedges and now is not caring for the lawn either.
