coming from the square when making a left turn on to main street there is a sign that says left turn on green arrow only. constantly ignored by people turning left including buses. congests the traffic and I see pedestrians almost get hit along with accidents ive seen happen because they run the red light evan after its been red for more than 30 seconds.
