As expected, the pothole is starting to reappear. This corner needs to be reconstructed. This is going to be a problem by the winter.

Getting worse again as freeze/thaw cycle begins!

Water main break at the same spot, so the whole intersection is being dug up. Hopefully this means it will finally be fixed right!

As expected, it has already deteriorated again. It was great for a week, but with all the snow and ice and freezing/thawing, 2 big pot holes (2-3 feet around) have formed.

Potholes are getting bigger!

Temporary fix but the holes are reppearing. Maybe now that it is warmer we can get a permanent solution!

Getting MUCH WORSE again! And now, there are several more potholes and a poorly filled hole where there was a water main break this winter. ARG!

Ridiculous -- the holes are now spreading and destroying more of the street. I (and neighbors) have called the OCRC and posted comments on their website but NOTHING gets done. Oh wait, someone spraypainted around the holes as if they were going to do something a month ago and never did.

Temporary patch, which we've seen before. I predict it will last about a month. Hoping this intersection gets a rebuild soon!

They finally reconstructed the corner with new concrete, but left it unfinished, so now the edges are already crumbling!

Dan: As indicated in your comments, we have done something, namely patch the hole, which is the only immediate option available to us. The permanent solution is to resurface the road. However, our policy has long been that we are not able to pay for the resurfacing of subdivision roads. Thank you for your response. We appreciate the repaired pavement -- but it makes no sense why potholes were left right next to it, filled with gravel and already causing the new pavement to break on the corners. I understand that OCRC does not pave subdivision roads, but this is a corner of a major side street (and the damage is a result of the traffic on M59). Plus the job got 90% done but now it will be for naught once the freeze/thaw cycle takes its toll!
