Deskripsyon

New stop sign on RT 80 offramp for Howard Blvd north bound. This used to be a yield sign, but was turned into a stop sign 3 weeks ago. The town uses this as a revenue generator, via the police, to issues tickets for people who are used to the yield sign. They wait in the Exxon parking lot, even during business hours. Watch out

They made this a stop sign because apparantly the fools that blow through like a right of way are going to kill somebody.
You know the ones that don't look while they are on the phone and drive through at 20 mph while your doing 40mph and then jump to the left to turn at the light.
I drive past that stop 2 times a day and I probably saved over a 100 undeserving souls by using my brakes to keep from sending them to their maker.

I agree, i am new to the area and just moved in while it was still a yeild sign, all of a sudden its a stop. I get it, but i dont think that the police should be parked at the exxon waiting for you to make the mistake when they full know that they just changed it. Gotta make money off of tickets, i know, but c'mon.
