There are substantial amounts of garbage underneath the Prince Edward Viaduct to the west side of Bayview Avenue, and in the surrounding area: clothing, shopping carts, spray paint cans left by graffiti vandals, bottles, furniture, fast food packaging, paint cans, suitcases, plastic bags, newspapers...

There is all manner of things wrong with this. This is not only a biological health hazard, but also a physical one. And sites such as this tend to breed worse and worse crimes.
It's also offensive to the eyes and nose.
