Description

Three out of four corners at the intersection of Pine St and 11th St are covered with debris and are being inhabited by at least one man. The intersection is being seriously encroached upon and traffic is being impacted. Pedestrians cannot safely cross any direction and some of the debris is in such a manner as to potentially knock a cyclist from a motorcycle or bicycle and/or impale them.
This needs to be removed. This is the direct result of moving this man from his encampment 50 feet away from his current location. Debris is building up daily and needs to be permanently removed and the man needs a mental health check/wellness check from law enforcement.
