This morning there is crosswalk painting going on that is impacting some of the lanes, but this intersection is a traffic problem more often than not regardless and could use some kind of overhaul. I'm not a traffic engineer so I don't know what to suggest, but something should be changed.

For the city, please verify the timing, and report the timing on seeclickfix. Is the timing the same at all hours or does the timing change depending upon time of day and day of week?

In addition, the 2 left turn lanes east bound on 51st to telegraph.... Is an on going nightmare with many near misses! Both lanes turning unsure of the correct lane on telegraph.
