This section of Interstate 787 is very poorly lit at nighttime. It is extremely hard to see when driving because it is so dark.

Overhead highway lighting should be installed between the Interstate 90 interchange and the southern section of Watervliet to eliminate this problem.

I believe it would also help in the reduction of wrong-way crashes, and crashes in general along this stretch of the interstate.
