I live in emerald greens and do not hear any dog barking at night! During the day, the dogs aren't any worse then the car stereo, kids playing, and other neighborhood noises. The speeders are really what needs to be addressed in this neighborhood! They come down Donegal Avenue like it's the autoban and so many families, kids, and even dogs walk the street. Someone is going to get hit!!

I don't hear dogs at my end of Ballina St, however, the rate at which people travel the streets in this development is going to get somebody killed...its only a matter of time.
