The trail from Casacde Elementary to Cascade Park is unsafe for children along S 162nd street is used by elementary, middle and high school; along with public. Often times the trail is covered in water due to a natural spring that runs west of 120 Ave SE. Gangs have also used the trail to tag fences over and over. NO crosswalk markings either across 120 Ave SE.
