This is ridiculous are they seriously trying to cause a major accident you have to be half way in the street in order to pull out. This is crazy either put up a light or a sign that says no parking in front the garage on charlotte street there is a big van that always parks there and you can not see. Also the same problem on Walnut and Hanover infront of the church you can not see if you are coming down walnut crossing over hanover. This issue needs to be addressed immediately..
