Description
There is a 30 mile per hour sign near the entrance to kogut office bldg. that has been painted over with red spray paint. This has been like this for three years. I think it's time the city replaced it.

Yes Yes the sign was replaced months ago. It's too bad they couldn't straighten the sign pole when they put the new sign on. It stands at a 30 degree angle. But thank's again.
