Q. If a parking issue, what is the problem?
A. hydrant white jeep parked all morning at hydrant. only working hydrant. called parking authority 4 x went to voice mail. so I called Residents response and reported it. our no parking friday sweeper came, and as I tried to get her attention. So that she knew to ticket this person she wave some sort of paper at me. I'm not sure what that meant, I'm hoping its because she already ticketed that vehicle. Although it was extremely rude, and I don't believe she even did, ticket vehicle.
