Large sinking patched area in middle of the street on 10th between Rosevelt and Hewitt. Has been patched multiple times over the years, but keeps sinking. *** This item was reported before (1-28) but the last response was monitoring. Is it going to be placed for a work order? For some reason it was archived by the city.
