Description

Over the last several weeks, seeing rats in the alley behind our house and in our back yard has become common place. Alley cats used to keep the population down, but recently they are being fed by people in the neighborhood, and no longer seem interested in the rats. Also, there has been a lot of ongoing construction in the area as well, possibly forcing the rats to find new places to live and find food.
