It took over 300 days to get this issue addressed but only after lightning hit the transformer pole and the wires were arcing and sparking and fell into the trees. The downed wires all had to be replaced as well as transformer. This would never have happened if trees had been trimmed. The downed wires were on top of our garages for five days.

The trees are once again engulfing the power lines all along he backyard fence lines between Worden and McKinney.

Told me they would cut this during our last power outage in July 2023. Years to get anything done. First reported in 2021. The City of Detroit announced that they would cut down trees on private property. Well, lets wait until the NEXT power failure. Too many outages in this zip code of 48224. Do we even have representation on the City Council?
