These houses at 2455 and 2427 have had numerous problems over the years with many police visits, The latest incidents involved a neighbors dog being killed in front of 2455 Del Sur and then being hidden on the 2455 property . The pit bull that killed the smaller dog was found at the 2427 house. This house belongs to Pablo Padillas sister. Grace Padilla, and this house is also notorius for many visits by law inforcement agencies.Oh yes about a week later a drug bust took place at both of these adresses with arrests at both places.But that is standard protocal for our street . Despite numerous complaints and problems associated with these two houses both owned by Grace Padilla, little has been done to by the authorities The neighborhood is impacted greatly by the criminal activity and the lawless culture that flourishes here. Will anything ever be done by law enforcement to make this residencial area safe again?
