Description

This lady has at least 4 different “no parking signs” in front of her eclectic house. Sometimes uses her garbage bins (also with a “no parking” sign) to block the street to prevent others from parking on the street.

This street alone has many neighbors use the red cones to block off areas to park for themselves.
