Why doesn't City do anything about overgrown lots and overgrown tree wells? my understanding is there is an ordinance pertaining to this but I walk down the streets in the fan District everyday and see don't Sofas in front of Apartments overgrown yards with sofas sitting in them tree Wells with brush piled up and grass over 20 in tall. The city could make a lot of money if they would find the property owners.
