Description

A white VW Cabrio convertible, with no license plate, has been parked on the street in front of 155 Bradley Street for over two weeks. It has not moved. I called the non-emergency police to report it, four days ago, on 4/24. The dispatcher said an officer would call me. No one has called and the car is still there. There are a number of large filled plastic bags in the back seat. This is a zoned street and the car has a guest parking sticker hanging from the mirror.
