Description
This is the 2nd time on SeeClickFix, and and I've called many times to the City. Remember the big windstorm the last week of June? Can the Dept. of Parks and Trees' maintenance supervisor PLEASE have someone pick up the branches from the windstorm? My phone messages on the answering machine are not returned. We sawed and chopped everything quite log-sized and the pile is in front of the house by the treeskirt (it was a wild cherry tree, in case anyone wants it for firewood).
We try REALLY hard to make the West River neighborhood a nice place to live, and I would appreciate these branches picked up that the Dept. of Public Works says is the job of the Parks Dept. Thank you.

To Paula Panzarella - Parks Dept personnal have attempted to pick up the branches several times. Unfortunately, cars have blocked access to the pile. A posted - 'no parking sign' will be placed there to make sure that they can be picked up without hinderence. Thank you for your patience.

Thank you very much, Sergio and Parks Dept. Employees. I appreciate that you were able to get this taken care of. The first couple of weeks I was taken aback that no one from the Parks Dept. returned my messages that were left on its office voicemail system. Maybe the telephone is being phased out. At any rate, the branches and logs are gone, and I do thank you.
