Description

The timing of signal lights along West Bay seem to have changed several times in the past several months. This morning the light at 14th Street N/S was very long, while traffic on W. Bay sat several minutes with no cross traffic. Then at 4th Street a green light for 4 cars then red, cross traffic for maybe 10 seconds then green again for E/W. The light at Missouri was red, then green for a few cars, then red. N/S traffic light was short then E/W traffic on again. It seems the timing is way off.
