  I feel your pain! I used to live in that neighborhood and had to endure this stuff on a nightly basis. Unfortunately, the corrupt Demo.crat-controlled city government of Oakland and completely underfunded and understaffed, severely crippled Oakland police department are not going to do anything about it. I already learned from experience that when theres a problem like this in Oakland, it just stays forever and gets worse and worse with time. Honestly the best thing you can do is just move out of there. You'll be fighting an uphill battle forever trying to get this problem resolved, and they will simply never do anything about it. That's just how Demo.crats roll. Sorry you're going through this! I know what its like!
