Opis

A four way stop would be an improvement at the junctures of Hillside and Blair. It is very difficult to exit Hillside onto Blair as there are very large utility poles and parking on Blair as you look to the left from Hillside. One almost needs to enter the intersection to see around these parked cars and the poles and to see down Chesterfield on the right. A new housing development has been added to this immediate area increasing the already busy intersection.
