(3410 Lakeshore Oakland)
Homeless man sleeping under a tree in the parking lot of Dynasty Cleaners and Hair Merritt.
At the far end of the lot by a house, he is under the nearest tree to the street.
Periodically he sleeps here and leaves bags, bike, etc hidden under the branches. This is and ongoing issue.
