This segment of the road is completely potholed and damaged. It is hard to ride a bike on and turn the wheels without the danger or skidding or falling. Can’t be great for cars either. Please repair.

Unfortunately the City does not have enough funding to repave all streets in poor condition. With limited funding, our response to resurfacing requests is limited to minor pavement and pothole repairs only. Our Street Maintenance Department will assess your street and determine whether temporary measures might be appropriate. Please understand that this work may be limited to pothole or other minor repairs, and that we have many similar requests. We will do our best to respond in a timely manner. The backlog of streets in Oakland needing pavement currently is $435 million and growing.

Thanks for the report. Due to the danger to cyclists, this issue is being submitted to Oakland as a "TOP 10" for immediate attention under an agreement with the Bike East Bay Hazard Elimination program. Actually giving it double entries on list due severity of hazards in the bike lane.

I rode through here yesterday. Potholes have definitely not been addressed in any way.
