Description
The large bottom brush tree limb is hanging over the sidewalk thus preventing pedestrians to stand upright using the sidewalk. The tree limb is about 4 feet above sidewalk. Please remove this tree limb or the whole damn tree so pedestrians in Feather Sound can use the sidewalk.

Good afternoon, David here again - I've spoken with representatives from both our Community Services Department and Public Works Department and confirmed that the location of the reported bottle brush tree is just to the north of the City's jurisdictional boundary on Whisperwood Dr - see the attached screen shot (and forgive my crude labeling with MS Paint.)
For reference, the closest property to the tree is 2800 La @#$% Dr, which shows on the Pinellas County WebGIS map as part of Clearwater, however the tree's location is indicated as 'Unincorporated'.
From the map tools we have reviewed, it's evident that the reported tree, albeit very close to the City's jurisdiction, is not in an area to which we could send a crew for maintenance, and even if it was in the City limits, it would be reported to our Codes department for the abutting property owner's responsibility to maintain.
Apologies for any confusion, or for any inconvenience that anyone has been caused - I may be reached at Action@stpete.org - thanks again, David (Mayor's Action Center)
