This thing has been there for a month. Parking authority please address. Are container allowed on the street? It's not a registered vehicle and should be removed correct?

it has been there for... 2 weeks... why not discuss it with the person who lives in front of the house where it was placed?

MAYBE THE OWNER HAS A LEGITIMATE REASON. MAYBE IT IS AN EMERGENCY SITUATION. WHATEVER HAPPENED TO THE GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY.

pm7jc: It's been over two weeks since the parking pass expired. As Daniel said, it's been there for about a month.

Floyd: I'm sympathetic, but given the parking situation this neighborhood has, that's a long time to be taking up 2-3 spots on the block. If he has permission from the city then that is what it is.

204 weeks? That's quite long. What can be done to speed up this process? What is the city policy regarding container on the street?

I've conducted an investigation and reached out to JCIA and the JCMUA and found out that there is ongoing work being done for the JCMUA by and outside contractor. we have reached out to the contractor and as of 9/14/18 they have obtained a permit to have the container on the street until 10/14/18. But they have the right to come in and extend the permit anytime after 10/14/18

Also what isn't this removed if the permit is up?
