  sheeeesh! you know what else would be nice? It would be nice if you didn't vote into power a city government that cut funding to OPD and passed laws that made it impossible for them to do anything about these guys/gals. It's very interesting to me that you talk about how nice it would be for OPD to do something while voting for a party that actively prevents them from doing it. Lef.tist logic 101

  OPD has stopped citing these addicted vagrants. They have figured out the courts will not only throw out the tickets but also expunge the miscreants records so as to not burden there pathetic lives any further. Sine there is a 950 dollar threshold on theft or damage. These loser no they have carte blanche to get away with all petty crimes they want and many larger ones if lucky. This double standard work because they are fully funded by the victims and the taxpayers. I am seeing a future full of vigilante justice.

  That is a sad state of affairs if it truly happens... we may want to bring our concerns to the political structure rather than go full vigilante. I fear that if we do we will be the ones hurt and not the miscreants.
