There is one abandoned lot on the corner of Cecil B. Moore and Howard (north east corner) that is overgrown and becoming a trash dump.
There is a concrete block building that is not secured that is being broken into, homeless people are now living there and the sidewalk is constantly filled with trash and weeds.
